MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
HOLY COMMUNION & WATER BAPTISM SUNDAY
1st Sundays @ 6pm
Candidates for the Water Baptism Service must attend the Baptism Orientation Class which is held at 6:30 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the First Sunday Water Baptism at the 6:00 p.m. Worship Service. You may register online or complete a Water Baptism Form located in the Main Sanctuary Lobby Display Stand to participate.

Children Christening forms are located in the Lobby Display Stand. Please complete and return in the Lobby Receptacle and call the Office one week prior to this date to confirm.

NEW MEMBERS’ WELCOME RECEPTION
4th Sundays @ 4:30pm
At this reception, you will hear more about the vision of Life Church, the various auxiliaries and will have an opportunity to ask questions. Light refreshments are served. The date for the next New Members’ Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary Rear Overflow area.

NEW MEMBERS’ CLASS
All persons who unite with Life Church are requested to complete the NEW MEMBERS’ CLASS. The next session of the New Members’ Eight Week Class begin on January 8, 2012. All New Member’s Classes are held in the Chapel. You may register for this class online or by completing the Registration Form located in the Main Sanctuary Lobby Display Stand. It is important that you attend the first class and be on time. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to each New Member at the designated 6:00 p.m. Sunday Worship Service following the completion of the course. I assure you that you will be inspired, informed and challenged as a result of attending this class.
